1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of trevorsliquidgold.com (the "Site") and any order you place with Trevor's Liquid Gold Apple Cider ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Walla Walla, Washington. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us (name, phone, email, pickup details) is accurate and complete.

2. Pre-Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Pre-orders are reservations, not guarantees. Cider is made from seasonal apples. Supply depends on harvest, weather, equipment, and other factors outside our control. We fill pre-orders in the order received, as supply allows.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if supply runs short, a price or listing error appears, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you paid for, we will refund the amount you paid. That refund is your only remedy for a canceled order.

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before your order is confirmed. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout.

  • Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to that provider's terms.

  • Order confirmation: your order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation by email, text, or message.

3. Pickup, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Pickup: we will tell you the pickup date, time, and location. You are responsible for picking up your order during that window.

  • Missed pickups: cider is perishable. If you do not pick up your order within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup and have not arranged another time with us, your order is forfeited without refund.

  • Cancellations by you: you may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup. After that, orders are non-refundable because the cider has already been pressed for you.

  • Problems with your order: if your cider is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We will replace it or refund it, at our choice.

  • Once you take possession, you are responsible for how the cider is transported, stored, and handled.

4. Our Cider and Food Safety

  • Not pasteurized. Our cider is treated with ultraviolet (UV) light but is not heat-pasteurized. WARNING: This product has not been pasteurized and, therefore, may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.

  • Keep it cold. Refrigerate cider at or below 40°F immediately after pickup. Use it within the timeframe printed on the label or given at pickup. We are not responsible for cider that is left unrefrigerated, stored improperly, or used after that date.

  • Natural product. Fresh cider may separate, settle, darken, or begin to ferment naturally over time. These are not defects.

  • Allergies and health: our cider is made from apples and is processed on equipment that may contact other foods. If you have food allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns, check with your doctor before drinking it. You use our products at your own risk.

  • Non-alcoholic. Our cider is sold as a non-alcoholic product. We are not responsible for any fermentation or alcohol that develops after you take possession.

5. Site Use, Privacy, and Limits on Our Liability

Using the Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, including placing fake orders, interfering with its operation, or trying to access data that is not yours.

Our content. The Trevor's Liquid Gold name, logo, photos, and text on the Site belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Your information. We collect your name, contact details, and order information only to process, fill, and communicate about your orders. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor, or when required by law.

Disclaimer. The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity. You agree to hold harmless and defend Trevor's Liquid Gold and its owner from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your improper storage or handling of our products.

6. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Walla Walla County, Washington, and you agree to that location.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
